COLUMBIA, S.C. — COLUMBIA, S.C. — Richland One is giving parents a chance to voice concerns and learn more about the future of their children’s education. The effort is part of Superintendent Dr. Todd Walker’s 90-day strategic entry plan.
Parents, including Latoya Bellamy, met with district leaders Monday night during a “listening and learning” session.
“I'm looking forward to more engagement with teachers with the superintendent with students. I'm just looking forward to a better Richland one,” Bellamy said.
Walker said he launched the sessions to hear directly from the community.
