Over 20 cars vandalized during Nelly concert at PNC Music Pavilion parking lot

Concertgoers at PNC Music Pavilion found their vehicles vandalized and burglarized following a Nelly performance, with more than 20 police reports filed and victims saying the actual number of affected cars was much higher.
