PASCO, Wash. – September marks National Recovery Month, and the Benton Franklin Recovery Coalition is organizing a 5K Run for recovery next weekend.
This event aims to raise awareness, funds, and support for local treatment of substance use disorders while celebrating the achievements of those in recovery.
The 5K run or walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, at Wade Park in Pasco, starting at 9:00 a.m.
Local leaders will address attendees with speeches and provide an update on the Columbia Valley Center for Recovery, which is currently under construction in the Tri-Cities area.
