WESTLAKE, Ohio -- Agatha Christie’s iconic murder mystery “ The Mousetrap ” is being staged through Oct. 5 at Clague Playhouse.

Under the direction of Ron Newell , this production brings Christie’s whodunit to the intimate and cozy setting of the playhouse.

With the distinct feeling of walking into a well-kept antique shop, the mood is primed for mystery.

Taking the stage is a cast of eight talented actors, who tell the mysterious tale of five guests who find themselves stranded at Monkswell Manor during a snowstorm in the aftermath of the murder of a local woman.

Playing the part of Sgt. Trotter -- the Berkshire detective whose aim is to solve the mystery -- is Rowan Myatt-Jones, a newcomer to Clague Playhouse .
