Does America really need a Supreme Court anymore? It has become a rubber stamp for Donald Trump, starting with the immunity ruling. It has given him unchecked power and will probably do nothing about the gerrymandering he called for, the mass firings of federal employees, or the tariffs he has imposed. Its only function now seems to be to run roughshod over lower courts as it tries to get them to follow a MAGA agenda.

If there were no Supreme Court, President Trump could just as easily ignore lower-court rulings instead of waiting on the Supreme Court.
