Chances of a hurricane forming in the Atlantic have increased to 90 percent in the latest predictions from the National Hurricane Center.
The past week has seen an increased chance of weather in the Atlantic developing into a tropical storm, which would be called Gabrielle, with some forecasts showing a westward track toward the Caribbean.
