The Federal Reserve System is expected to announce its decision on interest rates on Wednesday, Sept. 17. It comes as the latest jobs report indicated that the U.S. economy added about 22,000 jobs in August and the unemployment rate ticked up to 4.3%. That's the highest it’s been in nearly four years.
