The Dive In Festival, a global event focused on culture and talent in the insurance sector, has officially opened and runs through September 18.

Organisers report a rise in registrations, reflecting the industry’s ongoing interest in inclusion as a factor for innovation and collaboration.

This year, more than 40,000 professionals from the insurance and business industries are expected to participate, with over 70 hybrid sessions scheduled across six continents. The festival’s reach continues to expand, connecting a diverse audience through both in-person and virtual formats.

The festival, themed “Belonging Builds Tomorrow,” will connect audiences from six continents through more than 90 in-person and virtual sessions. Translation will be available in over 60 languages.
