Kane Wommack doesn’t have to be reminded of Alabama’s dismal track record away from home the last two seasons, but his team will face perhaps its greatest road challenge of all when it next takes the field.

After an open date this week, Crimson Tide (2-1) travels to face Georgia (3-0) on Sept. 27. The Bulldogs have won 33 straight games in Athens, with South Carolina in 2019 the last victorious visiting team “Between the Hedges” at Sanford Stadium.
