Do you go on nights out in Plymouth? If so, Plymouth City Council would like to hear from you. People are being invited to have their say and share their thoughts and experiences of Plymouth’s evening and night-time economy.
A consultation has been launched to gather people’s views about going out in the city at night. In the three years since the launch of the Violence Against Women and Girls Commission, work has been ongoing to make people feel safer while out in clubs, pubs and bars in the city.
The work includes the safe bus, which is parked up on Derry's Cross on Saturday evenings, street pastors, taxi marshalls and the Ask for Angela scheme.
Due to partnership working within the evening and night-time economy, Plymouth has also been awarded the purple flag accreditation, which is
