Hamblen County Mayor Chris Cutshaw has only been on the job since last September, but he has already nabbed a major award for service.

Cutshaw received the First Congressional District’s Statesman of the Year Award recently.

First District Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (R-Kingsport) said that Cutshaw embodies the very best of Northeast Tennessee.
