A four-month-old boy was killed and three other people were hurt after, police said, a driver crashed along I-95 in Wilmington, Delaware after fleeing a traffic stop in I-95.

According to police in Delaware, the crash happened shortly after officers conducted a traffic stop at about 1:16 a.m., along I-95.

Police said that, during this stop, as officers approached the stopped vehicle, the driver -- who police allege was known by officials to have been wanted for "various offenses" -- fled the stop at a high rate of speed.

After fleeing police, officials said, the driver attempted to navigate off of the Marsh Road exit before the vehicle went off the roadway and crashed just off the exit at the intersecti
