Conservative Republican Charlie Kirk was murdered in cold blood by an assassin’s bullet on Sep. 10 while answering at an event on the campus of Utah Valley University. Like he did so many times before, Kirk sat in a tent on a college campus, ready and raring to answer questions, listen to insults, and engage in conversation and debate with people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and political ideologies. This time, it cost him his life as suspected gunman Tyler Robinson shot Kirk dead from 200 yards away with a rifle.
But you’ll notice, there weren’t any riots in response to Kirk’s execution. There wasn’t any looting. Target stores weren’t burned down, and flat-screen televisions were not stolen from retail locations. There weren’t any 77-year-old retired police captains killed. It in
