‘That’s a Good Way to Go, I Guess’: Trump Informed of Robert Redford’s Death as He Leaves White House

President Donald Trump appeared surprised as he was told Hollywood legend Robert Redford died in his sleep Tuesday, telling reporters, “That’s a good way to go, I guess.”

As Trump was peppered with questions on Tuesday about his upcoming U.K. trip, the war in the Gaza Strip, and a possible TikTok deal , he was asked about Redford’s death at the age of 89.

“Well, that’s a good way to go, I guess,” Trump said. “But I’ll tell ya, Robert Redford was great. He had a series of years, there was nobody better. This just happened, I guess, huh? Wow.”
