BLUFFTON, Ind. — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old teenager.

The Wells County Sheriff's Department said Branson Claghorn was last seen in Bluffton on Monday at approximately 9:20 p.m.

Claghorn is 5'11' and weighs 147 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a green jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a ball cap.

Claghorn may be in extreme danger and require medical aid.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Wells County Sheriff's Department at (260) 824-3426 or dial 911.
