PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old Utah man accused of murdering Charlie Kirk, is set to be formally charged on Tuesday afternoon. Governor Spencer Cox (R-Utah) has said that Robinson could face the death penalty.

Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray will hold a news conference at noon to announce the formal charges against Robinson in connection with the fatal shooting of Kirk that occurred last week at Utah Valley University. ABC4 will bring you the latest updates here as there story develops.
