Every day, more than 100 people are working at our state forensics lab to solve crimes. However, a lot of that work happens behind closed doors. This week, the team is peeling back the curtain for National Forensic Science Week.

Over the next two days, about 500 students will be visiting the lab.

They’ll have access to restricted rooms, and they will be watching a mock documentary created by the Division of Scientific Services with the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection called, “Mystery on Prospect Trail.”
