WASHINGTON, La. (KLFY) -- Traffic stop led to an arrest of two women allegedly travelling with nearly two pounds of meth, deputies said.
Bailey Jordan, 28, of Pineville was arrested alongside Latasha Sue Donaldson, 43, of Alexandria on Sept. 5.
Jordan was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, improper lane usage and possession with intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine, deputies said. Donaldson was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
According to deputies, they conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Grand Prairie Highway in the Washington area where a tan Toyota Rav-4 was seen driving westbound crossing the center line.
