The related deaths of a woman and two kids who were pulled from Lake Michigan Saturday on the South Side have been identified.

The trio was identified as a 31-year-old woman named Drake Patton of Skokie, a 6-year-old boy named Wyatt Bryden Patton and a 1-year-old girl named Jream Jaycee Washington of Matteson, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Around 11:20 a.m. Saturday, officials pulled Jream from the lake at 57th Street Beach in Hyde Park, police said. Three hours later, Patton and Wyatt were found in the lake near 63rd Street Beach in Jackson Park, police said. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the deaths appear to be connected and domestic-related .
