Luigi Mangione wins dismissal of two counts over murder of health care executive

NEW YORK (Reuters) -A New York state judge on Tuesday dismissed two criminal counts against Luigi Mangione over the December 2024 killing of a health insurance executive, though he remains charged with murder in the second degree.
