THE Cincinnati Bengals have signed two new quarterbacks after Joe Burrow's devastating injury news.

Burrow suffered a major injury to his toe during Sunday's win against the Jacksonville Jaguars .

Clifford is a 27-year-old playmaker from Cincinnati.

He graduated from the elite high school football programme at St. Xavier before heading to Penn State .
