GOSHEN TWP., Ohio - A Minerva man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Goshen Towsnhip.

According to a crash report, the crash happened on Seacrist Road on Tuesday, September 9 just after 2 p.m. when 64-year-old Michael Winn ran off the right side of the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The crash report listed Winn's condition at the time of the crash as "illness" and listed his injuries as "fatal." The report states that Winn was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The Stark County Coroner's Office told 21 News that Winn was officially pronounced dead Sunday, September 14.
