LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Louisville coach Jeff Brohm says starting linebacker Stanquan Clark had surgery on his lower leg and might miss the rest of the season. Brohm said Monday he's not ruling out a return late in the season, but it's unlikely. The 6-foot-3 junior is one of five returning starters on defense. Clark started 13 games at middle linebacker last season and the first two this season. He had six tackles in the Cardinals' win over James Madison on September 5. Clark injured his right leg in the fourth quarter and was replaced by Kalib Perry. Louisville hosts Bowling Green on Saturday.
