Two thirds of Brits clash over dishwasher stacking techniques, survey reveals
Across the UK, households are frequently at odds over the correct way to load a dishwasher, with common disagreements stemming from overfilling, failing to pre-clean dishes and arguing over the proper positioning of plates. Two-thirds of Brits who own a dishwasher and live with others have confessed to having a disagreement or even a full-blown argument about the right way to stack it.
A survey of 2,000 adults found that most disputes centre around the correct placement of cutlery, which items should go on the top and bottom racks, and who should be in charge of loading and unloading the machine.
