Charlie Kirk is dead. His life ended violently, and as a man of faith, I cannot celebrate that. Murder is evil, no matter who the victim may be. I will never cheer the loss of life, because life is sacred.

But let me be very clear: I will not be gaslit into mourning someone who built his platform on anti-Black rhetoric, lies and hatred that treated my people as less than human.
