A veteran Suffolk County cop admitted he moonlighted as a pimp as part of a sleazy Long Island prostitution ring, prosecutors said.

Popo pimp George Trimigliozzi, 56, copped to co-managing a Holbrook brothel at American Girls Spa for nearly five years as part of a sordid sex ring that allegedly also included a local gym teacher, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office announced this week.

The 18-year police veteran, one of three ring leaders who pleaded guilty to corruption and prostitution charges last week, was a six-time “Cop of the Month” before getting busted. He’s now facing up to two years behind bars. 5

“These guilty pleas represent accountability for those who violated the public’s trust and engaged in organized criminal activity,” Suffolk DA Ray Tierney said
