Candor is one of Aaron Glenn's strong and enduring characteristics, and it came through loud and clear after his Jets were defeated by AFC East rival Buffalo, 30-10, at MetLife Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

"I've been here before as a coach, and I have to look at myself," he said after the Green & White's second straight loss to open Glenn's first season as an NFL head coach. "All the players have to look at themselves and the coaches have to look at themselves also. Apparently, I didn't get the guys ready to play.
