PROVO, Utah. (WAFB) - The shooting suspect in the Charlie Kirk attack will make his first court appearance for his arraignment this afternoon.

Tyler Robinson was charged with seven counts, including aggravated murder. The charge means Robinson could face the death penalty if convicted.

Tyler Robinson will appear virtually. It’s unclear if the cameras in the courtroom will be able to show the suspect.
