SPOKANE, Wash. – Washington State Patrol is looking for a 32-year-old man last seen in Spokane. He may be in a state of crisis and is considered endangered and missing.

His name is Paxson Matthews. Matthews is five feet and seven inches tall and weighs 90 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes and is likely wearing a brown fanny pack across his chest, a baseball or stocking cap, black shoes and black pants.

He has limited mobility and is legally blind and deaf.

Washington State Patrol said he may be unable to return without assistance.

If you see Matthews, Washington State Patrol says to call 9-1-1.
