Sprout Organics Baby Food issued a voluntary recall for its Sweet Potato Apple and Spinach pouch due to the risk of elevated levels of lead, according to an alert issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ) on Tuesday.

So far, no illnesses have been reported.

Newsweek reached out to Walgreens, one of the retailers that sold the product, for comment on Tuesday via email.
