ATLANTA — In the Little Five Points neighborhood at Moreland Avenue and McClendon Avenue, the intersection accelerates David Smith's cause for concern. Smith owns property at the corner of the intersection that's been at the center of multiple crashes recently.

"Every week, it seems like someone is asking for our security footage to show who knocked into who," Smith said. "We have a restaurant to run. I’m concerned because as much as we’d like to see Little Five Points as being pedestrian-friendly and there being a comfortable safe flow of people from Candler Park to Inman Park, that doesn’t happen with the traffic speeds on Moreland Avenue.”
