LAKE WAPPAPELLO, Mo. (KFVS) - Old Greenville Days returns to Wappapello Lake for the 34th year on Saturday and Sunday, September 20-21.

People can head out to the Greenville Recreation Area off U.S. Highway 67, south of Greenville, Missouri.

The event is taking place at its traditional time during the third weekend of September, but with a twist.

This year, the annual Black Powder Rendezvous Encampment will get underway at the same time.

The rendezvous was set to take place in April, but high water levels at the lake led organizers to reschedule.

Both events are free to the community and family-friendly, featuring arts and crafts, including blacksmithing and basket weaving, history and live music.
