'Grow a conscience': Family of woman killed in Saskatchewan appeals to shooter

WEYBURN — The family of a woman shot on a rural highway in Saskatchewan is appealing for her killer to come forward. RCMP say 44-year-old Tanya Myers was shot Friday while riding in an SUV on Highway 39 near Weyburn, southeast of Regina.
