WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — This year’s Kansas Shrine Bowl raised $140,000 for Shriners Children’s, a network of nonprofit pediatric hospitals.

The donation comes from the 52nd Kansas Shrine Bowl football game and the second Kansas Shrine Duals wrestling event. Organizers said the money will support Kansas children and families who receive care through Shriners.

Organizers said that the Shrine Bowl also brought together more than 500 student-athletes and musicians from across the state. Participants met with Shriners Children’s Patient Ambassadors to see how their efforts make a difference.

The 53rd Kansas Shrine Bowl is scheduled for June 27, 2026, at Emporia State University’s Welch Stadium.
