NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Hopefully you were lucky enough to get some rain Tuesday afternoon, if not it may be a while. A weak little system produced some scattered storms around the area but it looks like we get back to mostly dry conditions for the rest of the week.
Look for daytime highs around 91-92 through the end of the week. Overnight lows will continue to drop into the upper 60s north and low to mid 70s south. We may see a couple pop up showers in the mid to late afternoon each day but that would be about it.
This is the last official week of summer but there is no sign of fall weather anytime soon. We may see a few showers popping up later in the week but even those chances look small.
