WARREN, Ohio - A third man has been charged in connection to the deadly shooting at a Warren convenience store in August.

According to the release, a federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 37-year-old Sean King with being a felon in possession of ammunition.

King was previously convicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute crack, fentanyl and heroin in 2022.

The August 3 shooting at Convenient Food Mart killed 31-year-old David Lee Owens III and left another man injured.

According to court documents, the shooting happened after a dice game on the walkway just outside of the door to the store. A fight broke out shortly after leading to a mass shooting incident in the parking lot between multiple people.
