People tuning in to or attending Tuesday's Hialeah city council budget meeting got more than they bargained for when hackers took over the stream to show pornography.

The indecent video started playing while people were waiting for the meeting to start, but the city was able to get control of the stream by starting a new one.

Officials said Hialeah Police are investigating the incident.

The city council is trying to approve a budget amid a political campaign, and the process is resulting in confrontations between elected officials. In the middle are the city's residents and business owners.

If they don't approve a new budget for the next fiscal year before September 30, the city will have to go with this year's budget.
