WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A newly obtained affidavit outlines the events that led up to a fatal crash that killed a Wichita mother and daughter last month.

The crash occurred the evening of Saturday, August 30, at the intersection of Central and Webb, where 80-year-old Clowie McLaughlin 's vehicle allegedly struck a car occupied by LaShea Bell and her daughter, A’Niah Bell. Both LaShea and A’Niah died from their injuries. Download PDF
