MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Two whales came incredibly close to a boat off the coast of New Hampshire on Tuesday.

An exclusive video sent to News 9 shows the whales breaching the water right next to the vessel.

Captain Dale Sprague and his first mate, Matt Hamilton, said they were about eight miles past the Isles of Shoals when they spotted the whales.

The team quickly pulled their lines and moved farther away.

Last year, a whale crashed onto a boat in Portsmouth Harbor.
