Det.-Sgt. Phillip Campbell, of the Toronto Homicide Unit, said Tuesday that Shakur Campbell-Sergeant, 23, was gunned down at the rear of townhouse complex at Galloway and Kingston Rds., around 10:20 p.m. Monday.

“We believe there was planning and deliberation,” said Campbell, in relation to the shooting.
