WORLD GOLF VILLAGE, Fla. — The future of the now-closed World Golf Hall of Fame site in St. Johns County is taking shape, and it could go in two very different directions.
At Tuesday’s commission meeting, St. Johns County leaders voted to advance two competing redevelopment proposals into Phase 2 of the review process. Instead of choosing one concept, commissioners agreed to give both projects a closer look before making a final decision.
