“ The Walking Dead ” script supervisor Amy Blanc Lacy, 62, died on Sept. 5 after she was struck in a hit-and-run four days prior. A man has been charged with homicide by vehicle in her death, the Atlanta Police Department reported.

According to a report from the Atlanta Police Department , 31-year-old Buck Rollins was driving westbound on Northside Parkway NW around 5 p.m. on Sept. 1. He then lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a Toyota Prius occupied by Lacy and her two adult sons. All three were rushed to the hospital, and Lacy succumbed to her injuries on Sept. 5 after being removed from life support.
