Ocala: Big rig driver unhurt; truck crashes onto its side

A semitractor-trailer blocked traffic at South Pine Avenue/Silver Springs Boulevard the evening of Sept. 16 when it flipped on its side.

Ocala Police Department officers on scene said the big rig was traveling east on the boulevard and entered the left lane to turn north onto Pine. As the heavy-duty vehicle was turning, it somehow flipped onto its passenger side, authorities said.
