To the world, Robert Redford was one of the biggest movie stars of all time, an Oscar-winning director, a champion of independent film and an environmental activist.
To Glenn Schiffbauer, he was Bob, a longtime friend.
The two met decades ago while Schiffbauer was working as a manager at Rancho Encantado, a luxury resort north of Santa Fe now called Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado.
