HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — The home of late Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has been sold.
According to a listing from Century 21 Scheetz, the home was purchased for $11.75 million. The property — which borders Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel — was initially listed for $12 million.
As of 10 p.m. Tuesday, the identity of the person who purchased Irsay's former estate remains anonymous.
Previous reporting indicates the home was first listed in July. The 9.4-acre property features a 25,843-square-foot main residence, a 2,700-square-foot cabin and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage.
Irsay's former estate also has a zen garden, tennis court, outdoor pool, private par-3 golf course and six-car garage.
