JOHNSTOWN — Residents of the Johnstown community will have the opportunity to participate in a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, ahead of a Sept. 30 re-vote on a proposed Energy Performance Contract project that includes the installation of a revenue-generating solar array on District property behind Johnstown High School.

Polls will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sept. 30, in the lobby of the JPAC auditorium at Johnstown High School.
