Throughout this offseason, the Golden State Warriors have stood out as the only team that has not made any moves. At present, they only have nine players under contract. The Warriors have already reached a verbal agreement with veteran center Al Horford. Yet, they still cannot finalize any deals due to Jonathan Kuminga’s unresolved situation.
