A prisoner threatened to shoot a prison officer because he was disgruntled about being served a jacket potato for lunch. ‌

Nicholas Brock was locked up for a terror-related offence when he made the threat to shoot the guard in the back of the head. The 57 year old was fuming because the spud didn't meet his dietary requirements. ‌

In a separate incident, Brock hurled abuse at his probation officer and told another "I'll just shoot her myself". ‌
