Manuel Ugarte is being linked with a move away from Manchester United just days after the summer transfer window closed.

Ugarte signed for United in the summer of 2024 from Paris Saint-Germain after weeks of speculation. The Reds eventually agreed a deal worth €60million (£52million) including add-ons, with an initial fee worth €50million (£43.4million).

United signed Ugarte when Erik ten Hag was the club's manager with the plan for being a key figure in a midfield rebuild at Old Trafford . Almost a year since Ruben Amorim's appointment as head coach and Ugarte has seen his future become the subject of speculation.
