ORLANDO, Fla. – Historic Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood, which has welcomed golfers for 101 years, is getting a nearly $4 million makeover that blends preservation with cutting-edge technology.
The overhaul adds a new Learning Center and a covered, redesigned driving range with 40 bays. Thirty-six of the new bays will feature Trackman golf simulators, providing golfers with swing analysis, tournaments and multiple course options to play. Doppler radar will track each shot from the range, which also features a new “19th Hole” serving snacks and beverages. The goal: keeping the course’s history intact while giving families and serious players alike a modern, social place to play.
